Colour . Graffiti . Art

Don't tell me you don't like ART! It's impossible! Nowadays, everything is link with art, like your smart phone, bag, shirt .... Every single thing definitely need designing that is creative and talented from designers and I believe you won't buy or fall in love with something that is ugly.

Lots of my friend are designer~ Graphic, Fashion, Website.... Bla Bla Bla, but the most awesome is GRAFFITI! What's the difference for this guy? I'm for sure he is talented enough to be a designer or an artist. In Malaysia you can see a lot of his creation everywhere.

Kenji Chai, a Graffiti Artist (for Black Fryday)! He was bred on comics, cartoons and storybooks from an early age and spent his days rummaging into these worlds of imagination. All his works includes the use of cute, colourful and vibrant characters with his main medium being graffiti combining elements of pop culture, fictional censorship and positive mental attitude, in all he creates layered scenes of mischief!!!

I don't wish to write so much about Kenji and let me show you all his awesome creations to substitute all my words.

Before ending my post, I need to ask if you guys have watch before a great movie name " The Hunger Game " ??? Part two (The Hunger Game: Catching Fire) is coming soon in this 21st
of November! At the same time Kenji will be crossing-over with this movie and using his own elements to create the graffiti tour, awesome right???

Don't miss the chance to see graffiti work in real!!!

He's a good Cook

When I was still a young little boy, I used to asked my older brother or older sister to cook for me when I'm hungry whenever my parents are not at home. I had to say, they have a great pair of hands to cook really yummy food. My older sister is really good in baking (a nice and delicious cake) and of course my brother is fierce in cooking decent meals!

Two months back was my precious daddy's birthday. We couldn't go back in time to celebrate with him as we were working in Kuala Lumpur so my brother decided to pick a day, we travel back to our hometown and he will cook a nice meal for my daddy as a present for him.

I seriously don't have a clue as to what my brother was planning to cook on that day but whatever it is, it got me excited. Leaving the cooking part to my brother, I did the driving. Let me tell you, my brother pack a lot of ingredients to be brought back to our hometown to cook and whatever it is, it sure looks yummy. Once we reach our hometown, we rested and prepare whatever that needs to be prepared for the next day.

Early in the morning, my brother and I have breakfast with my parents as usual. After breakfast, my brother went to buy some groceries which he needed for his cooking feast in which he couldn't get it in time when we were in Kuala Lumpur. After buying everything that is needed,we went home to prepare for the cooking session. Sorry to say this, but .... I didn't help out my brother much ! "Sorry Big Brother!"

Now, what did I notice:

I saw my brother being really busy cutting and cleaning all the vegetables, fish and meat ......!!!

Once my daddy got back from work, my brother was getting ready to serve the first meal to him and to the rest of us.

Let me show you the pictures of what my brother had cook for us that day~

Spaghetti with mushroom cream sauce
Hakkaido Hotate Sakamushi
New style Kiraku Sashimi
New style Octopus Sashimi
Oyster Guratan ( Motomiyaki sauce )
Grilled Unagi Mango & Dragon Fruit Salad
Grilled Yellowtail Fish Head with Salted
Grilled Aus Beef KOBE Steak
Grilled Yellowtail Fish with Salted
Teriyaki Chicken

Teriyaki Chicken with Charcoal Burger with Mango Salad
You feel hungry right? Lol, this is what my brother cook for my daddy and us. All the food got praised and commented well by us. I like the spaghetti and the burger so much, I wish I can taste it again!

Sponge Cake
This sponge cake was not baked by my brother but instead by my sister! While waiting for my brother to cook, she just bake this sponge cake for us as a dessert. Now you know why I love food so much~ All because my family cook really nice food for me when I was still a young boy!!! I need to control myself now, if not, I'm will be a fat-ass one day~ lol

I know your feeling hungry now! Go hunt for some food and pamper your stomach now!

Just leave your comments below my blog <3

Cinderella's Heel

Every girl wish to own their own pair of "Cinderella Heel" for their own wedding~!

Every time, I get so excited in helping my customer to design and make their own personal pair of heels for their wedding even though I can't even try on the heel after I had finish making them as I am not a girl ... sad isn't it? But, hey, I'm still fine with that and I just wish my customers will be happy when they are wearing what I had design for them for their whole wedding day.

Now, I'm going to show you how to make a pair of your very own "Cinderella Heel" which I'm making for one of my customer~ Of course, I won't be showing you how to process out a heel from Zero Percent to Hundred Percent but at least I will just show you how your gonna patch on the lace to the heel's base and stick all the " Bling Bling" Swarovski to make it more pretty and lux!

Here we go~

First thing first, you will to get ready the type of lace & flower that you have chosen in which for my case (as shown in the pic which is what I choose for my customer). These flowers are not bought from any shop as it is handmade and of course the lace is already added on together with the beads and pearls after I had cut out from the whole pieces of lace.

Back to the steps! Firstly, I had pin all the lace in which the part I need to stitch on the heel ( Need to think nicely where or which part of the lace and base you need to stitch on it and not just simply stitch it on ya!!! )

After you have done stitching all the lace, remember to double check the lace whether it is stitched nicely and make very sure it won't drop out (I used almost 4 hours or more to finish the lace stitching part and trust me it is really tired and my hand is really painful >0< but I enjoyed doing it). Once its done, you will need to stick on the flowers with a glue gun. The sticking part is more easy then everything else (eh hem ... easier than the stitching part). ^w^

Once the laces and flowers are done, I will prepare 3 different size of Swarovski. The Swarovski part for me, will be the hard part for me. Why you might ask? Its because once you've started sticking on the stones to the heels, you can't remove it anymore. If you are force to remove it, it will leave on a glue mark on the heels. So, every time before I start sticking, I will first try to figure out where or how to stick on the stones to make it look appealing on the heels.

Oppppssssyyyy, my own label had been "OUT OF STOCK", so it is empty for the inner base part! Sorry! LOL~ I will usually take around 2 hours to finish up the Swarovski part (And I usually enjoy some nice song while doing this, because I will be more relax when I'm working on it, wakakaka ).

Time to show you my final work!

DaTTTTanng~

I didn't use Photoshop to edit the effect for these photos~
I hope you guys love this pair of Cinderella's Heel which I had designed for one of my customer~ She is in love with it, wish you love it too ^^

Don't be shy and you are welcome to leave down any comments you wish to share with me.

Thank you ^^

Cook for you LOVE

I do wonder about something ~ Will any of you be facing this problem?! Buying a present for you lover or your friends in which it will make them so happy and go crazy about ? I know I do !

Well ....

Why not try to think about something which you can make yourself and he or she more happy and fell warm, right? This is what I think you can try to do for your LOVE! "COOK A MEAL"

I know, I know. By now, you will be thinking "Hummm... what should I cook that is easy and delicious?" Right??? Great! I'm not a good cook but I do know and learn some recipe from my mom way back when, so, let me show you something which is easy to cook and will be very delicious too. What's that???? LOL! It is SPAGHETTI !!!

Finish Step 1 & 2, and then you can put aside all the ingredients and get ready for the next step.

Step 3: Ready a pot big enough to cook a pack of spaghetti (you can just cook half a pack if you think you can't finish it all). Add some cooking oil or olive oil into the water to cook the spaghetti together. It will help the spaghetti attain that smooth slippery texture. Well, you can always add some salt into the water if you want (this is totally optional) and also u can either add the oil after you have sieve out the spaghetti or into the water as you please.

Note: Always time the cooking time for your spaghetti less to what is stated on the packaging to get the Al Dante texture which is known as the perfect texture or consistency for your spaghetti (stick to the teeth texture)

Step 4: While waiting for the spaghetti to cook, it is time for you to get ready another pot to cook the sauce. Pour the spaghetti sauce & tomato sauce into the pot. Don't throw away the bottle yet ! After pouring out the sauce, fill both bottle with 1/4 of water, lid it back and shake it to make sure you don't waste any sauce in the bottle and pour it back into the pot again.

Step 5: Leave the sauce on the heated stove till the sauce comes to a boil and the add in the tomatoes, capsicums, onions, sausages, hams, minced pork and boil together. Add some pepper on the sauce to make it more delicious.

Step 6: Leave the sauce a side and check on the spaghetti to see if it is ready. Once it is ready, just leave it in a funnel to drip dry. (Or you can leave the funnel under running water to stop the heat from over cooking the spaghetti)

Step 7: After 20 to 25 minutes, the sauce will be ready. Once everything is ready, get a nice pleat and serve the cooked meal with your love!

For your love, it doesn't mean he or she is your girlfriend/boyfriend. It could be your best friend, buddies or your family members. I'm sure they will be very happy when you cook a meal for them. Try to cook for them one of these day. Not just for their birthday, it could be any random day! Because every single day will be a very special day for who you care or who you love~

Hope you learned something from here ^^

MODA 23rd Anniversary 2013

Finally! I'm back from my busy busy life last month. I've been busy moving my shop from Desa Sri Hartmas to Bangsar and also for my fashion show for MODA. In this blog-post, I will be talking about my fashion show ^^

Some of you might know that I won MODA Young Designer Search 1st Runner Up in the year 2010!

Yeah yeah, I know I look so "Dumb" in the pictures~~~ ><" But this is what I created and it is what made me the 1st runner up for this event in 2010.

Last year I've join MODA Young Designers' Total Look Award Inspired By Smasung Galaxy 3 "Celebrates Innovation"

This is the pieces that I made last year! The inspiration is about a Caterpillar turning into a beautiful Butterfly in the end. Nowadays, everyone knows Samsung mobile phone is changing and it is a lot better than before. Example are the colours and the shapes. I'm not sure you are Samsung fans or not~ lol

But, today, I'm one of the designer's showcasing in '30 Designers in MODA 23rd Anniversary' in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and I'm proud to be one of them.

What inspiration am I using for this round??? I'll be using flora as my inspiration.

These includes Roses, Black Roses, Orchidaceaces & Chrysanthemums. So, I will be using Chiffon, Satin, Lace & Soft Net to be my fabrication in my collections. And I will be using beading to be details in my work piece.

This is how the sketches look like~ I had been posting some into my Instagram for pass few months, I think~ lol

Time to show you some pictures during the show days ( All the photos are grab from Facebook, I didn't have them in my own phone and camera that day! too bad >< )

Before the show starts, I hired one of my friend who had won Stylo Model Of the Year 2013 to be my muse to walk the Red Carpet with me. Thanks Rennee Chong!

My designs ~

This is the designs that I had created~ I do hope you guys like it!!! This is the first time I created black coloured gowns and I love it so much~  Hope you thinking the same as me.
